Our 4-pillar FTLT approach is coached by Tan & Sasha as well as being supported by a registered nutritionist and a personal trainer (optional). Our FTLT methodology is a multi-disciplinary approach designed to tackle all the lifestyle, nutrition and fitness choices that would form barriers to prevent you from reaching your goals.

      Sasha

      Transformational Coach

      Sasha is a qualified Transformational Life Coach who is deeply passionate about their clients achieving their dream results. The weight loss journey is personal to Sasha as she is someone who’s been overweight since she was a teenager – something that she felt meant that she was not enough and because she was bigger. She used to settle for less because she felt she was not worthy of the best. Through a personal development journey, she learned how to value and love herself and by maintaining that mindset she lost just under 4 stone and kept the weight off for over 10 years. Sasha’s Lifestyle coaching will guide and support clients through their weight loss journey through a bullet proof nutrition and lifestyle programme whilst tailoring the approach around their lifestyles and preferences.

      Tan

      Transformational Coach

      Tan is a qualified ICF accredited transformational life coach who supports clients with their overall motivation and mindset. However, this is not all Tan brings to his clients. Having grown up in a household where his family members were constantly trying out different diets with varied success as well as his own weight loss battles has given Tan an insight into the weight loss industry. In particular, Tan has developed a deep understanding of the touch points and causes of weight gain – having been on his own weight loss journey. With his insight, he is now able to guide clients through the weight loss maze – ending the yo yo dieting mentality once and for all. Instead, Tan focuses on clients adopting a healthy positive growth mindset with a personalised holistic approach towards his clients.
